Overview Our coaching process focuses on your personal needs. It is created for you and to work in a timeframe that suits your needs and constraints. The goals of the process are developed from an assessment of your strategic, tactical, personal, family, and professional goals. A plan of action is collectively developed which will lead to the desired outcome. How it works:
How it unfolds: The Team meets to develop a relationship and to design the manner and schedule that will fit each other's constraints. The focus, however, is on the participant's needs. As the process moves forward, we will discover the obstacles that stand in the way of meeting goals. The goals are continually reviewed, and confirmed. Then aggressive, swift, and decisive action is initiated by the Team to remove or dilute the negative impact of obstacles. The Coach will work to cause participant insight into potential solutions to increase his/her confidence and self-esteem to live and work more effectively in stressful and competitive environments. The Coach's experiences and
expertise are not injected to solve the problem for the participant, but
to help enable the participant to use critical thinking processes to arrive at
concrete, well thought out solutions that get to the root of the issues
and irreversibly solves them . A more focused, assured individual with the confidence to strategically and tactically define and solve problems at their core; an increased ability to be a leader, team player, and able to live and experience the world of work, family, and pleasure in a more balanced and healthy way. Information Sharing: Trust is a key component of this coaching process. An understanding is gained upfront by the key leaders/participants involved in the process as to what is privileged information and who has a need to know.
