He is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel. Sandra Spence, Vice President of Operations, has over thirty years of operational and human resources experience. As Deputy Court Administrator for Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, she was responsible for court operations, finance, computer, and all support functions. Her experience as a business and operations manager gave her best practice experience in Human Resources and finance. She has a B.A. in Human Resources Management and Development and was an Adjunct Professor for the National Judicial College.
