 Company Principals:

Alphonso Spence, President and CEO, performs organizational development coaching and consulting domestically and as far away as the Hawaiian islands of Maui, Honolulu, and Kauai.  He served in General Motors Management for almost 20 years in program management, materials and purchasing management, sales management, quality management, sales engineering, and accounts management.  He has a B.S. in Electronic Technology and an M.A. in Management and Supervision. His graduate and undergraduate teaching experiences include Operations Management, various topics related to Organizational Management, Business Strategy and Growth using Business Simulation Technology, and Critical Thinking. He is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel.

 Sandra Spence, Vice President of Operations, has over thirty years of operational and human resources experience. As Deputy Court Administrator for Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, she was responsible for court operations, finance, computer, and all support functions.  Her experience as a business and operations manager gave her best practice experience in Human Resources and finance.  She has a B.A. in Human Resources Management and Development and was an Adjunct Professor for the National Judicial College.
